- 1 cup, 4 tablespoons, 3/4 teaspoons, 1-7/8 pinches Whipping Cream
- 1/3 cups Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Almonds, Sliced And Toasted, For Garish

11. Place cream and sugar in a saucepan and simmer gently for 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.

22. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice. Divide between 2 to 4 serving containers.

33. Refrigerate for 6 hours or until you're ready to serve.
