- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/3 c. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.

3Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.

4Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

6Cool in pan 25 minutes.

7Invert onto serving plate.

8Cool completely.

9Glaze is optional.
