  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 box lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz.)
  • 1 c. milk or water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Combine cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Beat with mixer until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate; cool completely.
