- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. cake flour (can use 3 c. regular flour minus 6 Tbsp. instead of cake flour)
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream margarine and sugar until light.

2Add eggs, one at a time.

3Beat between each.

4Add vanilla and lemon extracts.

5Mix well.

6Sift together flour, salt and baking soda.

7Add dry ingredients to mixture alternating with sour cream.

8Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
