- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Beat until smooth, cake mix, jello, oil and orange juice.

3Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Add lemon extract.

5Pour into well-greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.

6Bake 1 hour or until done.

7Cool about 15 minutes and remove from pan.

8In 15 to 20 minutes, pour over the confectioners sugar, dissolved in lemon juice.
