  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring or juice

    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and set aside to cool.

    Place cake mix in bowl.

    Add cooled Jell-O, eggs, oil and flavoring.

    Beat until well mixed.

    Line tube pan with wax paper, bottom only. Grease and dust with flour.

    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°. Remove from pan at once.

    Glaze while hot.
