- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring or juice
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in hot water and set aside to cool.

2Place cake mix in bowl.

3Add cooled Jell-O, eggs, oil and flavoring.

4Beat until well mixed.

5Line tube pan with wax paper, bottom only. Grease and dust with flour.

6Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325°. Remove from pan at once.

7Glaze while hot.
