  • 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar

    Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and water together, then add 1/2 cake mix, then the other half, then add sour cream. Add lemon extract. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
