- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream butter, Crisco and sugar.

2Add eggs one at a time.

3Sift flour and baking powder.

4Add to mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

5Add extract.

6Spray tube pan generously with Pam.

7Bake at 350°
