  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding (4 serving size)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. Crisco oil
  • 4 large eggs

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.

    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

    Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Can be served plain or with Lemon Glaze.
