  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. Softsilk cake flour
  • 6 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. butter-nut vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar thoroughly; add cream cheese; next add 1 cup flour and 2 eggs and mix well. Then add 2 more eggs and 1 cup flour; mix well. Add the last 2 eggs and 1 cup flour; mix well. Add flavorings and pour into tube pan. Place in cold oven and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
