- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cream
- juice 1 lemon and grated rind
Directions

1Melt margarine and combine with flour, 3/4 cup sugar and other ingredients.

2Add 1/4 cup sugar to egg whites and beat until stiff.

3Fold into first mixture; pour into buttered casserole dish, place in a pan of hot water.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Cool before serving.
