- 1 yellow Jiffy cake mix or any 1 layer box mix
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can lemon pie filling
Directions

1Spray 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.

2Prepare cake mix according to package directions; can substitute some of water called for in cake mix with pineapple juice.

3Pour batter in pan.

4Mix pineapple and lemon pie filling.

5Drop spoonfuls of pineapple lemon mixture over top of cake batter.

6Bake at 350° until tests done.
