- 2 cups Skim Milk
- 1 box (3.5 Oz. Size) Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 bag (11 Oz. Size) White Chocolate Morsels
- 12 ounces, weight Cool Whip Topping
Directions

1In large bowl, whisk milk with pudding mix. Add in cake mix and white chocolate morsels. Mix until blended.

2Pour batter into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake according to cake mix directions for a 13x9 cake.

3Remove from oven and cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours or until serving. Frost with Cool Whip and enjoy!
