  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. dry instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix and shape into 1-inch balls.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Flatten each to about 1/4-inch thick with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
