  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. lemon pudding

    In a bowl, cut butter into the flour until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 18 to 22 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack.
