Ingredients
- 1 c. cold butter or margarine
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (I generally substitute Neufchatel cheese)
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- 3 c. cold milk
- 2 (3.4 oz. each) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
Directions

1In a bowl, cut butter into the flour until crumbly.

2Press into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

3Bake at 350° for 18 to 22 minutes or until set.

4Let cool.

5In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

6Fold in 1 cup whipped topping.

7Spread over crust.

8In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix for approximately 2 minutes.

9Carefully spread over cream cheese layer.

10Top with remaining whipped topping.

11Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

12Yields 12 to 16 servings.
