  • 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. oil

    Beat eggs.

    Beat at medium speed for 10 minutes.

    Pour into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan with removable bottom.

    Bake at 350° about 50 minutes.

    Cool slightly and remove from pan.
