- 1 large pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
Directions

1Blend all ingredients.

2Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Bake in Bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

3Bake about 40 minutes in a 350° oven or until toothpick comes out clean.

4Let cool in pan about 10 minutes, then place cake on wire rack to cool completely.
