Lemon Pudding Pound Cake

  • 1 large pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding

Directions

    Blend all ingredients.

    Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Bake in Bundt cake pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake about 40 minutes in a 350° oven or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Let cool in pan about 10 minutes, then place cake on wire rack to cool completely.
