- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 large egg
- 3 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup raspberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Cream butter and sugar together.

3One by one, add the eggs and egg whites and mix.

4Add the lemon juice and zest, mix.

5Mix the flour and baking soda in another bowl, then add to the first bowl.

6Add the white chocolate chips and fold in the raspberries.

7Drop by the teaspoon onto a greased or aluminum foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 7- 10 minutes.
