- 1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. light or dark rum
- 1/2 c. milk
- juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. rum
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Blend cake and pudding mixes, oil, 1/2 cup rum, milk, juice of 1/2 lemon and eggs.

3Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

4Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 45 to 55 minutes.

5Cool in pan.
