- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt in saucepan.

2Blend with 1/4 cup water until smooth.

3Add remaining water.

4Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add lemon juice, a little grated rind and butter.

5Makes 1 1/3 cups.
