- juice of 2 lemons
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water

1Mix all ingredients.

2Cook in heavy saucepan over low heat until thicker and syrupy. Will keep in refrigerator 1 week. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
