- 1 cup yoghurt (plain)
- 23 cup sugar
- yellow food coloring (optional)
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
Directions

1In bowl combine whipping cream and sugar.

2Whip with mixer on high speed until cream is stiff, Fold in lemon juice, yoghurt and lemon peel.

3Add coloring at this time if desired.

4Put in freezer.

5Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
