  • 5 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
  • 3 2/3 c. cake flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • egg for glaze
