- 5 egg yolks or 2 whole eggs
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
- 3 2/3 c. cake flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- egg for glaze

1Cream Crisco and sugar.
