- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 lemon rind and juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix sugar and butter until smooth.

2Mix in remaining ingredients.

3Place teaspoons of dough on pan, leaving much room for expansion.

4(Snaps come out about 4 inches in diameter.)

5Bake at 350° to 375° for about 10 minutes.
