- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lemon flavor pudding and pie filling
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand lemon flavor gelatin
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 3/4 c. water
- 2 eggs, separated
Directions

1Combine pudding mix, gelatin, 1/2 cup of the sugar and 1/4 cup of the water in medium saucepan.

2(I use the microwave.)

3Blend in egg yolks and remaining water.

4Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.

5Remove from heat.
