  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice

Directions

    Combine boiling water and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.

    Pour mixture into a 9-inch square pan; freeze until firm.
