- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/3 stick oleo
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Combine and beat egg yolks, oleo, sugar, flour, lemon and milk.

2Beat egg whites and fold into mixture with a pinch of salt. Bake in buttered casserole in hot water at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
