  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • rind of 3 lemons
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 9 egg whites

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and rind.

    Beat egg yolks and milk.

    Add to sugar mixture. Then add lemon
  4. 4
    juice.

    Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into liquid mixture very carefully.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a tray of water until brown at 350°.

    Cool and keep in refrigerator at all times.
