- 3 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- rind of 3 lemons
- 9 egg yolks
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. lemon juice
- 9 egg whites
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour and rind.

2Beat egg yolks and milk.

3Add to sugar mixture. Then add lemon

4juice.

5Beat egg whites very stiff and fold into liquid mixture very carefully.

6Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a tray of water until brown at 350°.

7Cool and keep in refrigerator at all times.
