- 4 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 whole lemon rind, grated
- Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil the spinach until tender in water to which has been added the sugar.

2Drain well.

3While warm, add the cream cheese and 1/2 stick butter.

4Mix well until blended and there are no lumps of cheese.

5Add the lemon rind (no juice).

6Melt remaining 1/2 stick butter and mix it with enough of the bread crumbs to make 1/4-inch topping on the spinach and cream cheese mixture.

7Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes at 350°.
