  • 1 1/2 c. grits
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, grated or cubed small
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile (optional)
  • 2 tsp. savory salt
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
