  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks (reserve whites)
  • rind and juice of 1 lemon or 4 Tbsp. bottled lemon juice

    Mix and add beaten egg whites; pour into unbaked crust and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Continue baking at 350° for about 30 minutes.
