  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lemon, grated rind and juice

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients, then butter and beaten egg yolks.

    Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold in last.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 55 minutes or until golden brown.
