- 9-inch pie shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 stick margarine
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3 level Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Melt butter and cream with sugar.

2Add slightly beaten egg yolks, salt, then flour. Beat egg whites stiff in a small bowl. To the other ingredients, add lemon juice and milk.

3Now fold in egg whites.

4Put in preheated oven at 350° for 10 minutes.

5Lower heat to 325° for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

6It still will be wiggly.
