- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 4 Eggs (separated)
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 c. Lemon juice & grated rind of lemon
- 2 c. Milk
Directions

1Soften Butter; add Sugar, Flour, Lemon Juice, Salt, Egg Yolks and Lemon Rind.

2Beat together until well blended.

3Stir in milk and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Pour into pie shell and bake in moderate oven 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

5Then 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
