  • juice and rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff but not dry

    Mix ingredients in order given.

    Fold in egg whites in last. Bake at 375° about 30 minutes in unbaked pie shell.
