  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
  • confectioners sugar, sifted

Directions

    Mix margarine, 2 cups flour and 1/2 cup sugar together.

    Pat into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.
