  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Melt butter, 1 egg and lemon cake mix all together.

    Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese and whole box of sugar.

    Pour over top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Cool. Sift more sugar over the top.
