- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. reduced-calorie unsalted oleo
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. frozen orange juice, thawed
- 1/4 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1In a medium bowl, stir together 2 cups flour and 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar.

2Cut oleo into mixture until crumbly.

3Pat dough into a 10-inch nonstick pan.

4Bake at 350° until set (10 to 15 minutes).

5In a medium bowl, beat remaining flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, orange juice, lemon juice and zest, vanilla and eggs.

6Pour over crust and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until top is set.

7Cool.

8Sprinkle with remaining confectioners sugar.

9Cut into 48 squares.
