- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans, chopped finely
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 4 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 3 small boxes instant lemon pudding
Directions

1Mix together melted butter, nuts and flour.

2Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.

3Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Set aside and cool.

5Mix cream cheese and sugar until creamy.

6Add Cool Whip and mix well.

7Spread on crust.

8Mix pudding and milk together.

9Beat until thick.

10Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
