Lemon Tea Bread

- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- grated rind of 1 lemon
Directions

1Mix and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

2When done, let rest in pan 5 minutes.

3Have mixed together juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 cup sugar and little of rind.

4Have this mixed while bread is cooking, then pour over bread.

5Use spoon to cover with lemon juice.

6Cool.

7Wrap in wax paper and foil.
