Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 c. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Cook squash and drain.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    If too dry, add a 1/2 cup milk.

    Pour in a casserole dish and bake 30 minutes at 350°.

    Take out.

    Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Put back in oven and melt.
