Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cheese
  • 1 large Cool Whip minus 1 c.
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 c. cold milk
  • 2 pkg. regular instant pie filling, lemon

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, margarine and nuts.

    Press in 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350° and then cool.

    Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar and spread on cooled crust.

    Beat cold milk and pie filling well and pour on top.

    Spread the 1 cup of Cool Whip on top.

    Then sprinkle with chopped nuts.

    You may use any flavor of instant pie filling.
