  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon pie pudding filling

Directions

    Mix oleo, egg, water and coconut with cake mix.

    Put dough into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350° until golden (crust is still soft when done).

    Prepare lemon pie filling mix; pour over cooled crust.

    Chill.
