- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 teaspoons lemon extract
- 1 pie shell (regular)

1Pre-heat oven to 350.

2Wash and peel the squash.

3Cut squash in half, length wise.

4Scoop out the seeds and grate.
