- 12 Medium Sized Brussels Sprouts, Stem Ends Cut
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
Directions

1Fill pot with water and bring to a boil on medium heat. Place Brussels sprouts in pot and boil for 15 minutes.

2Mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in bowl or plastic bag. Place sprouts into bowl/bag and pour oil mixture over, mix well.

3Sprinkle some grated lemon zest over sprouts when serving. Enjoy!
