  • 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1-1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Shape into balls the size of a walnut, and brown in 1/4 c. hot fat.

    Remove meat, and stir into fat 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper.

    Stir in 1 c. boiling water and 3/4 c. sour cream.

    Return meat to gravy, and cook 15 minutes.

    6 to 8 servings.
