- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix (2-layer size)
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- Lemony Glaze
Directions

1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl.

2Blend well.

3Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.

4Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

6Do not underbake.

7Cool in pan about 5 minutes. Prick cake with cake tester or wooden spoon, gradually spoon glaze over cake.

8Cool 15 minutes.
