  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix (2-layer size)
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) lemon instant pudding and pie filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • Lemony Glaze

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl.

    Blend well.

    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.

    Do not underbake.

    Cool in pan about 5 minutes. Prick cake with cake tester or wooden spoon, gradually spoon glaze over cake.

    Cool 15 minutes.
