- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (16 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- sugar to sprinkle over cookies
Directions

1Cream together butter or margarine and 1 cup sugar.

2Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy.

3Sift together flour and soda; add alternately to egg mixture with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. From a teaspoon drop dough 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

4Bake at 400° about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.

5Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with sugar.

6Remove cookies to cooling rack.

7Makes about 4 dozen small cookies.
