- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup cream
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- 1 egg, Whisked
Directions

1Preheat oven to 220 degrees celcius.

2Mix together lemonade, cream and flour to form a soft dough.

3Place mixture on a floured surface and knead dough to 2cm thickness.

4Cut out circles that are about 4cm in diameter.

5Place on a tray and glaze with whisked egg.

6Bake in oven until golden brown.
